Purpose
D01APF 1-D quadrature, adaptive, finite interval, weight function with
end-point singularities of algebraico-logarithmic type

Description
D01APF integrates a function of the form g(x)w(x), where the
weight function w(x) may have algebraico-logarithmic
singularities at the end-points a and/or b.
